Mixing engineer in Berlin
I work with artists in the studio and remotely, so location has never really been the limiting factor. Whatever the genre, the job is the same: everything sits where it should, nothing's fighting for space, and the mix holds up whether someone's hearing it on a club system, laptop speakers, or earbuds on the train.

What's included
Every mix comes with up to two revision rounds. You get a full resolution stereo mix, plus stems if you need them for a live set, a remix, or anything else down the line. Turnaround is usually 3 to 5 business days per track, and faster for EPs or albums if we agree on that upfront. Tell me your release date and I'll tell you straight if it's realistic.
Genres
I mix techno, house, and melodic house and techno, with work connected to Afterlife, Anyma, Adriatique, Kölsch, Mind Against, Monolink, and Stephan Bodzin.
I also mix pop and hip hop, with credits including Bibi Bourelly and Steel Banglez.

Background
I trained under Julia Borelli, the FabFilter featured mixing and mastering engineer, and work alongside her as part of the Julia Borelli Studios team at Riverside Studios in Berlin. Before that I earned a BSc (Hons) in Audio Engineering with First Class Honours from Middlesex University London, studying at SAE Institute Berlin. Most of the people I work with are remote.

First pass
I send a reference mix for you to hear on your own systems.
Revise
Timestamped notes beat "make it punchier." Up to two rounds.
Deliver
Final stereo mix, plus stems if you want them.
Mixing questions
What do I need to send you for mixing?
Stems as WAV or AIFF, 24 bit, at your project's original sample rate, with no processing across the mix bus itself. Printed compression on individual channels is fine.
How many revisions are included?
Up to two rounds. Timestamped notes on the reference mix get you there faster than general feedback.
How long does mixing take?
Typically 3 to 5 business days per track, faster for EPs or albums by agreement.
Can you do mixing and mastering together?
Yes. Many clients book both, so the mix is made with the master in mind and one person is responsible for how the release sounds from first balance to final file.
Do you mix remotely, or only in person?
Mostly remotely. Being based in Berlin doesn't mean the session has to happen in Berlin.
What if I'm not happy with the first mix?
That's what the revision rounds are for. Be as specific as possible about what's off, timestamps and direct comparisons work far better than general impressions.
